Andrew Russell
Andy Russell is an entrepreneur, investor, and humanitarian focused on digital media, ad tech, and behavioral economics. He co-founded and backed more than 50 ventures, including Daily Candy, Thrillist, Business Insider, LiveRamp, and Zynga.
He created Empact, a collaboration platform donated to the United Nations to advance the Sustainable Development Goals, and has advised UCSF’s Neuroscape Lab and several mental health tech companies. Russell also served on advisory boards for Mount Sinai Child Psychiatry and the New York Stem Cell Research Foundation. He began his career at JPMorgan and holds degrees from Cornell and Columbia.
Beth Haggerty
Beth is veteran media and tech executive and serial entrepreneur who has managed and built companies and global business units. She has served as CoFounder, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer of companies, several that were acquired by some of the world’s best known brands, including The Walt Disney Company, AT&T Corporation, and Nielsen Media Group. Today she is the Managing Director of Inflection Point
Partners, a management consulting firm. Beth also serves as a Board Director and Advisor for
several for-profit, non-profit and social impact companies.
Dr. Nicole F. Roberts
Dr. Nicole F. Roberts is a Doctor of Public Health and neuroscience scholar advancing global health equity at the crossroads of healthcare, human rights, and behavioral science. She is the founder of Health & Human Rights Strategies in Washington, D.C., and host of The Global Good Podcast. An award-winning author of Generosity Wins, Roberts has redefined leadership in humanitarian action and co-founded the annual Brain Health Summit. With 15+ years at Forbes and a record of global speaking engagements, she is a leading voice in brain health and policy. She holds degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill, the University of Chicago, and the University of Missouri, and serves on multiple boards, including the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health Foundation, the Leigh Steinberg Foundation, and the Global Mental Health Taskforce.

Jacob Deitz
Jacob Deitz is a partnerships builder and systems thinker with experience as a geologist, educator, and entrepreneur. As Lead for Partnerships at the Global Mental Health Taskforce and Founder/CEO of Kilimo Collective, he designs cross-sector collaborations that bridge technology, healthcare, community organizations, and funders to advance mental health as a human right. At Million Minds, he leads the Partnerships & Clinical Sites workstream, building networks that connect communities to timely care. Jacob also serves as an Ambassador to THE REAL Mental Health Foundation, driven by a simple north star: connecting people and ideas so millions—especially the overlooked—gain earlier access to assessment and support.
Ignacio Handal
Ignacio Handal is the CEO at Clinicom Healthcare. Ignacio has completed a multitude of FDA
phase I, II, & III studies in pharmaceuticals, and devices over two decades. Ignacio has
completed more Pharma sponsored clinical research studies than 99.8% of all clinical
researchers internationally per globaldata.com Mr. Handal has completed clinical studies that
have help put a myriad of drugs and devices to market over the last twenty years, These
products have touched the lives of over a two hundred million patients. In 2022 Ignacio was
honored with one of the highest honors in Clinical Research, the Christine Pierre Clinical trials
lifetime achievement award. Only 8 clinical researchers globally have ever been awarded this
honor.
Adam Gazzaley
Adam Gazzaley is the David Dolby Distinguished Professor at UCSF and Founder of Neuroscape, a center advancing technology and neuroscience for brain health. He co-founded Akili and JAZZ Venture Partners, advised companies like Apple and GE, and holds multiple patents, including the first FDA-cleared video game.
Dr. Gazzaley has published 190+ articles, delivered 760+ talks worldwide, authored The Distracted Mind (2017 PROSE Award winner), and hosted the PBS special of the same name. His honors include the SfN Science Educator Award, Global Gaming Citizen Honor, and Newsweek’s list of America’s Greatest Disruptors. He serves as Trustee and Fellow of the California Academy of Sciences.
Alex Kuznetsov
Alex Kuznetsov is the Managing Director of Kodori Ventures, a Zug-based investment company focused on early-stage investments at the intersection of healthcare, biotechnology, and frontier technologies. He has a specific passion and focus on mental health innovation and transformative digital health solutions.
Jonathan Wayne Shaw
Jonathan Wayne Shaw is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, entrepreneur, and healthcare innovator shaping equity-driven solutions in mental health. He serves as Chief Innovation Officer for the Global Mental Health Taskforce, where he leads growth and implementation of the Million Minds Project—delivering one million free mental health screenings worldwide. As CEO of NeuropsychiatryTx, Jonathan scaled the practice to serve 10,000+ clients in under three years, earning recognition as a culturally specific, minority-owned organization advancing inclusive care. He also chairs the Health Advisory Committee for the NAACP Eugene/Springfield Chapter and has held leadership roles across hospitals, home health, and crisis care, integrating technology and process innovation to expand access, improve outcomes, and reduce disparities.
Marcus Couch
Marcus Couch is a marketing strategist, technologist, and founder with a career spanning the earliest days of the internet to today’s frontier of mental health innovation. A pioneer in digital media, he helped shape the first graphical web browser in 1993 and played a key role in the early rise of podcasting. As a fractional CMO and advisor, Marcus has led brand strategy and demand generation for Fortune 500 companies including Nokia, Guitar Center, GoDaddy, and Farmers Insurance. At Million Minds, he supports the organization’s mission to deliver scalable mental health assessments that help millions access care earlier.
