How We Protect Your Privacy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

The Short Version

  • The free check-up is run by Clinicom. Your answers and results stay with Clinicom. Million Minds never sees them.
  • On this website, we collect basic information about your visit, like which pages you view and how you found us.
  • We use tools from Google, Meta, Amplitude, and Mixpanel to understand our website and measure our ads.
  • We never sell your personal information.
  • You can limit tracking. See “Your Choices” below.

Who We Are

The Million Minds Project (“Million Minds,” “we,” “us”) is a program of Clinicom. We offer free, private mental health check-ups to people without access to care.

This policy covers millionmindsproject.org. It explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Your Check-Up Stays With Clinicom

When you start a check-up, you leave this website and go to Clinicom’s secure platform. Clinicom runs the check-up and keeps your answers and your report.

Million Minds does not receive your answers, your results, or any of your personal health information. Clinicom’s handling of your check-up is covered by Clinicom’s privacy policy.

Our advertising tools, like Meta Pixel, do not run inside the check-up.

What We Collect on This Website

When you visit, we and our service providers automatically collect:

  • The pages you view and the buttons you click, like “Start My Free Check-Up”
  • How you got here, like a link, an ad, a search, or a QR code
  • Your device and browser type
  • Your general location, like your city, based on your IP address
  • Cookies and similar IDs that help us recognize repeat visits

You do not need to give us your name or email to use this website.

When you click to start a check-up, we add campaign tags and a random visitor code to the link that takes you to Clinicom. This lets us count how many visitors from each campaign or partner start a check-up. The code is random. It does not include your name, email, or answers.

Tools We Use

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics help us see how people use our website.
  • Amplitude and Mixpanel help us measure visits and check-up starts.
  • Meta Pixel helps us measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. It tells Meta which of our pages you visit and when you click to start a check-up. Meta may connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it under Meta’s own policies.
  • GoHighLevel receives and stores partner applications and other forms.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

Forms and Donations

Forms. If you apply to be a partner or contact us, we collect what you enter, like your name, organization, email, phone, and address. We use it to respond to you and manage the partnership. These forms are not for health information. Please do not include any.

Donations. If you donate, your payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe.  We do not store your full card number. We keep a record of your gift and contact details to send receipts and say thank you.
